Design Notes
Design approach
The design approach balanced fashion expression and function. Accessories were developed to enhance the collection’s silhouettes and styling, acting as key elements rather than secondary additions.
Key considerations included:
Creating accessories that support and amplify the seasonal concept
Using proportion and material contrast to add visual interest
Ensuring pieces function both on runway and in everyday styling contexts
Material choices and detailing were refined to deliver a confident Studio expression without overpowering the garments.
Challenges & considerations
Designing for a Studio Collection requires navigating the space between creative direction and commercial reality.
Key challenges included:
Translating conceptual ideas into producible accessory designs
Balancing statement elements with wearability
Working within established cost and production frameworks
These considerations played a crucial role in shaping focused and resolved design outcomes.
Final outcome
